Park Holidays UK Finalists For Major British Travel Award!
Park Holidays UK has beaten hundreds of other competitors to reach the finals of the prestigious British Travel Awards, sponsored by Lloyds TSB..
Park Holidays UK was voted into the finals by both consumers and travel industry professionals, over 90,000 of whom made nominations in last year's awards. We were a finalist in the "Best UK Domestic Tour Operator" category
Although we didn't win in the end, getting that far was a great achievement, Commercial Director Tony Clish commented " The BTA Awards are regarded as the Oscars of the tourism industry, and are recognised as the UK's largest measure of public opinion on travel operators"
" Securing our place in the finals is especially gratifying because people are voting on how well they feel looked after - its a great achievement for our 1,100 staff"
With holiday visitor Customer Service Questionnaire replies showing even higher levels of service than last year at most parks - it's reassuring to see the effort that our staff make is appreciated.
Thank you to everyone who voted for us, we really appreciate your support.
