At Park Holidays UK we are keen to attract new customers to enjoy the caravan ownership lifestyle so we are giving away some caravans on a first-come-first-served basis.

All you pay is the standard pitch fee and the connection cost charges - then you are ready to enjoy your holiday home! In total this is in the range of £2,000 to £3,000 in most cases.

We haven't gone completely mad - these are older smaller caravans - often 28' long and 10' wide units around 15 years old but they should offer several years of happy holiday home ownership to come. Each unit is fully furnished and ready to move into. They are fully safety tested and are ideal starter caravans for people who want to discover if they like the lifestyle.

For many people they offer the perfect taster of the holiday home lifestyle - before perhaps upgrading to something more spacious and luxurious in the future.

These entry level holiday homes not only offer you the chance to give ownership a try without it costing you a lot of money - you get all the normal ownership benefits, including the great park facilities on your doorstep.
