2010 Pitch fees at Suffolk Sands will be FROZEN at the low 2009 level - the typical Suffolk Sands pitch fee payable for 2010 is just £2545. Rates and water are included in the price (which many other parks charge on top).
We are committed to keeping running costs as low as possible and have tried hard to ensure that we have cut the costs of ownership.
And there is more good news! We have cut the per unit electricity cost and it is fixed for three years – the cost is much less than you would pay in your home!
We have also cut the cost of insuring your holiday home – we can offer insurance starting from just £82.96* per year.
