New Beach Customer Review by Lucy Davies, Essex
28th May 2009
We stayed at New beach last year on the main park and decided that we wanted to return this year for Easter. When we called to book our Easter break we were told that the park was full as we expected. We spoke to some close friends who allowed us to use their motor home, as you can imagine we were nervous as we had never been in a motor Home before. We took a chance and drove down to Kent. Upon checking in we spoke to the manager who was at the desk and he explained the procedure and showed us to our pitch. The staff even helped us put the tent on the side of the motor home. It turned out to be a fantastic Holiday. We have already booked for the summer.
Please keep up the good work.

Just returned from our dream Holiday!
Really loved this site, the swimming pool was great, it also had go karts on site to hire which the kids loved. The gentle man who works there was so very helpful, had a few problems with the caravan and car and he helped sort everything out for us, could not have done more for us. The kids really loved it and I am going to book this site again for the summer holidays.

New Beach Customer Review by Vickiverky

Just got back from this site, six tents, twenty three adults and kids. We prebooked and they allocated us a field to ourselves, fantastic! Paul was friendly showing us to our field and gave us loads of helpful advice and left us to it, there was no nonsense about pitch sizes (Harford xxl) possibly because it was quiet.
The indoor pool was toasty, clean and very well attended by the lifeguards. The shower block (portacabin) was adequate and could do with being renovated but a very minor point. The evening entertainment was brilliant (live band) the kids were very happy with the place lots of amusements and kids games.
A well stocked shop at very reasonable prices and a good kids play area. I will definitely be going back!
