FANTASTIC CUSTOMER PARK RATINGS FOR WATERSIDE!
We recently conducted a Survey to see what you, our valued customers, really
think of our Holiday Parks.
We asked you to rate areas of the park including Accommodation, Facilities,
Entertainment, Arrival, and Ease of Booking.
The scores were worked out against a percentage rating where
100% = Excellent, 75% = very good, 50% = good, and 25% = not
very good
Overall you gave Waterside a score of 78%, with individual scores for Entertainment and Customer Service at over 75%, and the Park Grounds and Arrival Greeting at 80%!
This is a great achievement for Waterside, and Park Manager Glen Carlisle and
his team are really happy that all their hard work
really makes a difference to your holiday
experience!

In these days of ever rising prices we are doing everything we can to keep Caravan ownership costs down. Increases in pitch fees for the 2009 season have been kept as low as possible – we want our Caravan Holiday Home owners to be able to afford many happy years at our Holiday Parks. We also offer substantial discounts for paying promptly, including this year an extra £50 bar voucher to spend in any of our bars and clubs.
We have also been trying to negotiate the lowest possible electricity prices using our substantial buying power – with the benefit being passed on to our static Caravan owners at cost with no profit element charged.
And as we want to attract as many new Caravan Holiday Home owners to us - you will find our Caravans for sale prices are very attractive too! With static Caravans from just £6,995 it could be the ideal time to pick up a Holiday Home bargain!

Park Holidays UK record investment in improved facilities
Park Holidays UK have completed another programme of improvements in fantastic park facilities for the 2008 season.
Major club refurbishments have taken place recently at Harts in Kent, Oaklands in Essex and at Solent Breezes in Hampshire. This follows the new bar and restaurant facilities that were well received at St Osyth Beach, Seawick, Marlie Farm and Coghurst Hall.
Plans are at an advanced stage for our next projects including Frenchmans Beach and
Seaview - so watch this space!

Pensioner Lily James couldn't believe her luck when she discovered she had won a brand new Caravan Holiday Home at Steeple Bay Holiday Park, Essex.
Lily entered the annual competition with Park Holidays UK having never won anything in her life and couldn't quite believe she had landed the big one!
