Located on the water at Warsash with views over the Solent to Cowes on the Isle of Wight, Solent Breezes is the perfect park for sailing enthusiasts (can you be a yacht spotter?) and boasts its own slipway straight into The Solent and boat storage on the park.

‘Small and friendly’ best describes Solent Breezes and you will receive a very enthusiastic and warm welcome from our manager Debbie and her team. The welcome extends throughout the park including our superb clubhouse where great value food can be enjoyed on our sun terrace whilst taking in the views.

Owning a holiday home at Solent Breezes is about perfect lazy days in the sun whether on water or dry land but the more energetic can enjoy a game of tennis followed by a cooling dip in our outdoor pool - don’t worry, it’s heated!

Directions

• Leave the M27 at junction 9, at the roundabout follow the signs towards Fareham West.
• At the large roundabout take the fifth exit signed A27 to Southampton, Parkgate.
• Over the first mini roundabout and at the second roundabout, turn sharp left into Hunts Pond Road.
• Continue for approximately 2 miles and at the junction (Warsash Road) turn right.
• Turn left into Hook Lane, carry on to the end of Hook Lane and turn left into Chilling Lane, continue for 1 mile and this will bring you to the park.
