In 2009 Alberta will welcome a small number of holidaymakers which is great news for owners who can now earn extra income from our subletting programmes.
Situated in Seasalter near Whitstable and almost right on the beach you’ll feel like you’re on holiday the moment you arrive. There’s a great heated outdoor pool and safe children’s splash pool to enjoy on those hot summer days but there’s so much more to do off the park as well. Nearby Whitstable is famous for its oysters but don’t feel you have to try them – like Marmite, you’ll either love them or hate them!

Directions
- Take the M2 (signposted M2 Dover, Channel Tunnel, Canterbury, Chatham).
- Pass the Medway Service Area (MOTO) and keep in right hand lane then continue forward onto Thanet Way - A299 (signposted Margate, Ramsgate).
- Branch left (signposted Whitstable) A2990.
- Turn left onto Church Lane, bear left onto Faversham Road and continue until you arrive at Alberta, Seasalter.
