Located between the historic towns of Rye and Hastings, Winchelsea Sands is the perfect base to explore the regions history and attractions. Not that you need to leave the park as we have everything you could wish for right here, including a great entertainment venue which is busiest at weekends and during peak season and a terrific pool for splashing about.

Owning a caravan holiday home at Winchelsea doesn’t mean you can’t get out and enjoy the local area – in fact, you are spoiled for things to see and do.

Branch left, then at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A2070 (signposted Brenzett).
Entering Brenzett at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Straight Lane - A259.
Entering Rye, at miniroundabout turn left onto Fishmarket Road - A259.
At mini-roundabout turn left onto Winchelsea Road - A259 and turn left onto Sea Road.
Bear left onto Sea Road. Entering Winchelsea Beach, continue forward onto Pett Level Road.
