Located on the water at Warsash with views over the Solent to Cowes on the Isle of Wight, Solent Breezes is the perfect park for sailing or fishing enthusiasts - or for people that just like to watch the world and the boats go by!
‘Small and friendly’ describes Solent Breezes and you will receive a very warm welcome from our park team. The welcome extends throughout the park including our superb clubhouse where great value food can be enjoyed on our sun terrace whilst taking in the views.
Solent breezes is perfect for lazy days in the sun but the more energetic can enjoy a game of tennis followed by a cooling dip in our heated outdoor lido pool. Our entertainment is relaxed during the week with a livelier programme at weekends and during peak season.
Solent Breezes is hidden away - but to many it's a real hidden jewel on the South Coast. Encompassing peace and quiet but overlooking a very busy waterway it could be the ideal location for your Hampshire holiday home - but why not come and judge for yourself?

- Leave the M27 at junction 9, at the roundabout follow the signs towards Fareham West.
- At the large roundabout take the fifth exit signed A27 to Southampton, Parkgate.
- Over the first mini roundabout and at the second roundabout, turn sharp left into Hunts Pond Road.
- Continue for approximately 2 miles and at the junction (Warsash Road) turn right.
- Turn left into Hook Lane, carry on to the end of Hook Lane and turn left into Chilling Lane, continue for 1 mile and this will bring you to the park.
